Yearly Membership Fees are $50 per participant, with a family cap of $200, and are required to participate. Our membership year runs from July 1st, 2024 to June 30th, 2025.  If your child was in flag football or volleyball Fall of 2024 or a 3rd or 4th grade basketball player 2024-2025 please contact Becky Nordahl for a discount code to waive the membership fee.  

Late Registration will result in a $25 late fee per player and may not be accepted. If you are in need of a scholarship to waive membership fees for your family, please contact waya.wisconsin@gmail.com. 

Registering and paying offline is by request only.  If you choose to register offline, please email waya.wisconsin@gmail.com for instructions on how the process works. 

Season Dates

The Spring 2025 season will run from April 1 - Early/Mid July with Games starting on May 19th

**Game days subject to change based on coaching & field availability**

• Pony Baseball (14U - grades 7 & 8)  will play Tuesdays & Thursdays 

• Junior Softball (14U - grades 7 & 8) will play Mondays & Wednesdays 

• Major Baseball (12U - grades 5 & 6) will play Mondays & Wednesdays

• Major Softball (12U - grades 5 & 6) will play Tuesdays & Thursdays

• Minor Baseball (10U - grades 3rd & 4th) will play Tuesdays & Thursdays 

• Minor Softball (10U - grades 3rd & 4th) will play Mondays & Wednesdays

• Rookie Baseball (8U - grades 1st & 2nd) games will be determined by coaches

• Rookie Softball (8U - grades 1st & 2nd) games will be determined by coaches

• T-ball (co-ed - grades 4K & K) games will be determined by coaches

Practice days/times will be determined by coaches.

We are looking for coaches! These are fun ages to work with as WAYA is a developmental league.  If you are interested in volunteering, a background check will need to be completed. Our website provides the "DIBS" feature allowing our members to easily sign up for many different volunteer opportunities. More information on shifts and how to sign up will be available prior to our season start. 

The Whitehall Area Youth Association is a non profit organization; 501(c)(3) that was established in February 2016.

As an organization we are striving to provide youth sports programs and offerings to the area youth in a positive, family environment.
